Crystal Waters 48" x 48"

This painting started with a heavy base of texture created with drywall mud applied with a spatula. Once sanded, i brushed on acrylic forming a base composition of flowing water over rocks. Lastly I moved on with oil pigments using a spectrum of blues, a touch of blush and light green tones.
